  • 90 Minutes: $600
  • Pediatric, 45 min: Starting at $325
  • ART (autonomic response testing): 60 min intake with testing performed post intake once sample is received-$500

*A $99 yearly registration fee is due at the first of the year to cover the discount given on supplements through Fullscript and to keep your chart active. Any patients not seen within a year will need to be seen as a new patient if this fee is not paid at the beginning of the year.

    Schedule with N.D (24–48 hrs response, weekdays)
  • Primary Care Provider:

  • Initial Intake: 60 minutes (This will count as your monthly visit for the first month.)
  • Follow-Up: 30– 60 min. Monthly
    (Plus primary care appointments as needed at a discounted rate)
  • Initial Lab Testing (Patient is responsible for cost via insurance or out of pocket)
  • Advanced Lab Testing (Patient is responsible for cost via insurance or out of pocket)
  • Extended patient case based research
  • Consultation with other functional specialists
  • Referrals
  • 10% off of oral allergy drops
  • 25% off of supplements ordered through Fullscript
